1. It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to the store’s return policy where you purchased your item. Correct and safe packaging of the item upon return is also the responsibility of the customer.
  2. We retain the right to refuse a package if it is not well packaged or if it does not meet the correct dimensions.
  3. We guarantee package delivery within 48 hours to your carrier. We are not responsible for complying with the return period prescribed by the merchant. Only the 48 hour guarantee for delivery to the carrier is our responsibility.
  4. We guarantee reimbursement of the merchandise purchased from your merchant if a delay is caused by our service. Proof of purchase and refusal of refund by your merchant will be required.
  5. We are not responsible for any damage to the merchandise which may be caused by the carrier.
